About the Role

RightPay Africa is expanding its national partner network and is inviting entrepreneurial individuals to join as Sales Engineer Agents for Vaults by RightPay—our all-in-one business management ERP platform designed for modern African businesses. This is not a conventional 9–5 role. It is an opportunity to build a flexible income stream while helping business owners digitise and scale their operations.

As a Sales Engineer, you will engage and consult with businesses to adopt and use Vaults by RightPay, enabling them to manage inventory, sales, finances, teams, and customer relationships in one unified system.

Vaults by RightPay is a comprehensive cloud business management solution that brings together inventory management, point of sale (POS), purchases, production workflows, menu and kitchen operations, repair service tracking, CRM, payroll, accounting, and real-time business reporting.

It is purpose-built for high-growth and operationally complex local small businesses, including bakeries, retail stores, wholesale and distribution outlets, restaurants, pharmacies, and repair or auto mechanic workshops.

Your Role as a Sales Engineer Agent

As a Sales Engineer, you will work directly with local business owners and operators to understand their day-to-day challenges and guide them towards adopting a smarter, more efficient way of running their operations.

You will be responsible for introducing Vaults by RightPay to prospective clients in your locality, demonstrating its value, onboard new users, and supporting them through initial setup and implementation.

This includes helping local businesses configure their inventory systems, sales processes, operational workflows, and reporting dashboards.

Beyond sales, your role is also advisory and relationship-driven. You will act as a trusted partner to your clients, ensuring they derive real, measurable value from the platform.

Over time, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a recognised implementation partner, build a portfolio of business clients, and establish a sustainable consulting or advisory practice.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking proactive, business-minded individuals who are comfortable engaging with entrepreneurs and small business owners their locality.

You should have a good level of digital literacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients. An interest in business operations, finance, or technology will be highly beneficial.
